PU TUBES - Polyurethane Tubes & Hoses
HAK PNEUMATIC offers a PU hose that is used for industrial robots and pneumatic piping.
* PU tubing is short for polyurethane tubing, divided into polyester and poly-ether tubes (can be customized). Polyester has a high capacity for sliding abrasion resistance, and poly-ether offers excellent impingement abrasion resistance.
* These Tubes have a hardness of 95A, 98A, 90A, and 64D with good bend resistance. It has higher flexibility than nylon and higher flexibility in low temperatures. PU tubes are also environmentally friendly.
Nylon Tubing
HAK PNEUMATIC offers Nylon tubes, perfect for high-pressure pneumatic systems and industrial applications.
Nylon tubing is well-known for its strength, rigidity, and ability to withstand high pressure and temperature variations. It is commonly used in pneumatic systems, air brake lines, and fluid transfer applications due to its excellent mechanical properties.
These tubes offer superior abrasion resistance and chemical resistance to oils, fuels, and other harsh substances, making them highly durable in demanding environments. Nylon is especially effective in applications where rigidity and shape retention under pressure are crucial.
