Description
The VXF Series Pulse Solenoid Valve, or diaphragm valve, is used primarily as a switch for compressed air to remove dust in pulse jet bag filter systems. Powered by a pulse jet controller, it opens to blow compressed air row by row through the filter bags and thus remove dust, delivering the best pressure in the dust collector. This offers high processing capacity and efficient dust collection performance. The valve is right-angle in design and suitable for mounting directly between air reservoir and injection pipe, offering smooth air flow and efficient pulsing.
The 2-port, 2-position normally closed valve is offered in different voltages (DC12V/24V, AC24V/110V/220V 50/60Hz) and features a rugged aluminum body with diaphragm seal suitable for long and sensitive operation. IP65-rated for the coil, it is for intermittent operation (recommended continuous run under 15 minutes) and can be used on systems operating with water, gas, or air. The continuous duty coils are all the standard models possess, but in the event of overheating (e.g., smoke or burning), power should be turned off immediately.
