The MGP Series is an ultra-compact guided cylinder engineered for high-side load applications such as material handling, lifting, and stopping in automated systems. By incorporating the cylinder body directly into the guide housing, the design achieves maximum space efficiency while utilizing internal guide shafts to isolate external loads from the actuator’s rod and seals. Its carbon steel alloy slide bearings provide exceptional lateral stability and protection against side-load impacts, while a unique structural design ensures that as the stroke length increases, the bearing length scales accordingly to further enhance load-bearing capacity and operational longevity.
