The CJP Series Needle Cylinder is an ultra-compact, lightweight, single-acting pneumatic pin cylinder designed for precision ejection, sorting, and stopping tasks in automated industrial applications. Its incredibly small bore sizes (typically 4mm, 6mm, 10mm, and 15mm) and short stroke lengths make it ideal for integration into tight spaces, such as semiconductor manufacturing equipment, electronics assembly lines, and medical device automation. Constructed with a stainless steel body for corrosion resistance and durability, the CJP features low-friction seals to ensure smooth operation, high-speed response, and excellent repeatability. The cylinder is designed with multiple mounting options (front, rear, bottom) for flexible installation, and select models may be configured with a magnet for position sensing via an auto switch.
